Hello everyone and welcome! As you can see from our reviews, our standard of excellence is a top priority for us. To keep it that way, I think it is very important to give our team one day off per week that they can count on. In the past, giving our staff a day off that they can rely on has proven very difficult, as we cannot predetermine how many arrivals we will have on a given day. With that being said, please kindly review the information here regarding Sundays. Thank you.
For reservations made on or after Feb 1, 2024:

If you arrive on a Sunday, a lock box code will be provided, rather than being accompanied to the penthouse by one of our manager(s). Our manager will stop by the next morning to welcome you and answer any questions you may have, and have you sign for the unit. Your lock box code will be provided in the welcome pack that goes out after every reservation.

ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort is a beach front property.
ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort is home to the NUUP Spa Cancún and three restaurants that look out onto the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean.
Our resort is a gated and secure resort set on the powder white sand that features pools, spas, sauna, hot tubs, a fitness center with tennis courts and ping pong.
As guest of ours, you have the option to purchase ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort 4.5 Star all-inclusive by the day. You purchase this at the Oleo Cancun Playa lobby front desk.
The all-inclusive prices are under the control of the ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort and are subject to change without notice.
Price for the all inclusive is $90 per person per day, kids 11 and under are half off. The price is 35% higher from approximately Dec 19-Jan 3 for christmas and New Years time frame. The all-inclusive is optional each day you are there, and you pay at the lobby front desk.
The cost for using the spa is $25 per person per day. The fee is waived if you purchase a massage. The spa includes a steam room, sauna, whirlpools, and relaxation pool.
