As you can see by the photo, there is only one way to go in the Cancun Hotel Zone.  There are very few side streets, you are pretty much heading one direction or the other up and down the strip.

There is no need to rent a car in Cancun, save the money.  You can go anywhere in the Cancun hotel zone for $.25 cents a person by bus.  And the buses run 24/7 and the wait is always minimal.  The buses are always moving and if you prefer, cabs are always at the ready.

For those that do not know, the Cancun Hotel Zone is actually an amazing island.  It is separated by the Caribbean Ocean on one side and the fresh water Nichupte Lagoon on the other.  You can enter the island on the North side or South side.  When you come in from the airport you are entering via the South end of the hotel zone.

If you must have a car, we do have a small lot at our resort and they will find a way to get a spot for you, even if its along the turn around.
