Early Check In - Late Check Out

If you have an early flight in, we will make every effort to get you in early IF we do not have guests departing the same day.  If we do have guests departing the same day we can get your luggage off your hands anytime after 12noon, and usually before that.  If you have an early flight in AND you are also doing the grocery run straight from the airport, we will get your groceries up to the condo as well and we will get the perishables in the fridge for you.  However we cannot access the condo until 11am if we have guests checking out that day, so please keep that in mind.  Now if we do not have guests we will make every effort to get you into the condo upon your arrival to the resort.  You are welcome of course to keep an eye on the availability calendar for the penthouse you booked.

For late check out requests we will make every effort to get you the late check out IF we do not have guests arriving the same day.  If we do have guests arriving the same day please leave your luggage neatly packed in the front entry and then go out to enjoy your day.  We will watch over your luggage when we begin the cleaning process at 11am.  We ask that you return to retrieve your luggage no later than 3pm.  Now if we do not have guests arriving the same day we can usually get you the late check out time you ask for.
